Lo Al	This liquid additive is a hydroxide alkalinity builder and sludge conditioner designed to increase alkalinity in conjunction with other steam boiler treatments. It enhances the corrosion inhibition and improves the properties of other boiler water products by helping to stabilize the pH within a boiler. It can be used on a "one-shot" application basis, or with an automated continuous feed system, and is safe to use with other boiler treatment chemicals.
No Cal	A 23% HCL formulation to remove lime and scale deposits from boilers, a/c & water towers. Safe for use on rubber, plastic, neoprene & most metals w/exception of aluminum, magnesium or stainless steel. Dilutable 16:1.
O-Go	Removes oxygen from make-up feedwater of hi or low pressure boilers. Removing oxygen reduces corrosion & pitting due to the oxygen, thus increasing boiler life & reducing tube failure. Effective in water-tube or fire-tube boilers.
Phosphate Up	Used to increase phoshate level in boiler water.
Soar	A heavy duty industrial type cleaner suitable for use on aircraft. Will not harm windows or painted surfaces. Dilutable 20:1.
Tower & Boiler Descalant	Used to descale Water Towers and Boilers. A little goes a long way.
Towercide 10	Concentrated water treatment product that inhibits & controls algae & slime formation in cooling tower systems. Use concentrated algaecide for industrial re-circulating water cooling towers. Helps keep water cooling clear & free of visible algae.
Ultra K	This product is an all purpose cleaner that is specifically designed to be used in ultrasonic cleaners. Use 2 to 4 ounces per gallon of water to effectively clean soils and remove oil and dirt from surfaces in untrasonic baths.
Wetter Water	A formulated blend of non-ionic wetter agents designed to aid in wetting or reducing the surface tension of water. This allows deeper penetration, quicker drainage & drying time. Uses: Golf courses, lawn caretakers, fire fighting & dust control.

Hi-P Super "B"	A high purity, high di-electric, non-flammable cleaner specifically formulated for removing oil, grease, condensation and other contaminates from sophisticated electronic parts. No TF solvent, no citrus oil, no pertoleum distillates.
Kold Flo	Pourable asphalt crack filler. Will not expand due to cold or heat. Excellent for immediate jobs.
Kold Kut I	Synthetic cutting fluid. Dilute up to 1:40 with water. Recommended for light to moderate duty cutting, grinding, boring, etc., on steel, iron, stainless, aluminum, brass, etc.. Made with corrosion and rust preventatives to protect fresh metals.
Kold Kut II / Kold Kut H.D. with Biocide	Kold Kut HD is used broadly in machine shops as multifunctional cutting fluids. It is primarily designed to cool and lubricate the contact point of the tool and the work piece. Kold Kut HD prevents rusting or corrosion of the machined metals and controls the growth of bacteria. (Bacteria is a contact problem in soluble oil circulating systems due to outside contamination.) This GREAT product will also minimize surface foam and speeds the release of entrained air which could cause pump cavitation. This is extremely versatile fluids designed to meet many of the situations encountered in the metalworking industry. Kold Kut HD is an emulsifying oil that readily mixes with water, forming a homogeneous and exceptionally stable emulsion. It is used in the machining of both ferrous and nonferrous metals, particularly when cutting with carbon or high speed steel or tungsten carbide tools. It contains an effective biocide that combats bacterial growth, rancidity, and odor in machine sumps.
Natural S-400	Heavy duty degreaser easy to use -- quick superior solvency rinsable flushable with water slow evaporation rate. Replace MEK, 111 trichlorethane, and other flammable hazardous solvents. A biodegradable Solvent Based emulsifiable degreaser. This special formula may be used on most painted surfaces, as well as wood, concrete, ceramic, and terrazzo. This product is highly concentrated, heavy duty solvent degreaser. Active material derived from renewable sources. This is a readily biodegradable material which is recommended for the removal of oily and greasy soils. This emulsifiable degreaser has superior rinsability and leaves no residue. It removes grease, oil, grime, tar, and asphalt from grimy motors and chassis. Quickly removes heavy accumulated down trodden grease from floors, garage shops and concrete. This product is excellent for cars, trucks, and busses when removing dirt, oil, and grease. This is the ideal solution for cleaning machinery parts without the use of heat.
Protect	A flexible, semi-hard, dirt resistant, long term anti-rust and anti-corrosion film. Protects metals from exposure to weather, high humidity, chemical fume and salt sprays. Excellent for protecting parts in transit or storage. Can be easily removed when necessary.
Protect "B"	Semi-hard, transparent, flexible, dirt resistant, long lasting coating for protecting metal parts in transit or storage. Easily removable.
Safe Klean "B"	A high power, non-flammable, non-conductive solvent that dissolves grease, oil, tar and other soils. Safe to use on electrical equipment even while in operation. Dries fast, residue free. Non-conductive and non-ozone depleting. No flash point.
Sani-Lube "B"	A super pure, highest USDA authorized, food grade oil. Lubricates rings, slides, pistons, seals and other food equipment parts that may have incidental food contact. Provides a thin, water resistant film. Contains no silicones or solvents - only food grade ingredients.

Anti Freeze (Red)	Concentrated automotive antifreeze. Prevents over-heating. Cleans radiators and prevents corrosion and rust.
AR 3000	AR 3000 stabilizes engine coolants to help prevent the formation of abrasive gel-like deposits that can form from over concentration of coolant additives, hard water salts, corrosion products and antifreeze. The product protects cooling systems against corrosion, liner pitting, cavitation-erosion, mineral scale deposits and electrolysis.
AR 501 "The Weather Beater"	AR 501 can be applied by any spray method to equipment that is exposed to the elements. When applied it provides an invisible protective barrier. Used on electrical equipment it insulates & protects. Also prevents rust, corrosion & pitting on metals.
AR 502 Snow Plow Wax	This product when applied to snow-plow blades acts as a "non-stick" coating that allows snow to flow easily over the blades' without catching. AR 502 is applied by any spray method.

Black Diamond Premium Fibred Asphalt Aluminum Roof Coating	A Premium Fibered Aluminum Asphalt Based Coating will seal and waterproof a variety of roof and outside wall surfaces. It protects, insulates, decorates and preserves built-up asphalt roofs, composition roofs, silos, metal roofs, siding, and water towers. It may also be used on cinder blocks as a sidewall coating. Do not use on shingle roofs or over rubber membranes, EPDM roofing systems, or elastomeric-type coatings. Not for use on travel trailers and RVs. This product should not be used on coal-tar based, dead-level, or gravel roofs.

Concrete Patch and Repair	An epoxy designed for use on floors subjected to abrasive traffic, impact or corrosive chemical spill hazard. May be applied on any structurally sound and properly prepared concrete, metal, or ceramic tile surface. USDA Authorized.
D F X Fuel Additive	A modern concentrated fuel conditioner that is specifically engineered to answer the needs of today's high performance engines and is blended to neutralize harmful fuel acids, as well as eliminate the damage caused by sulfur, gum, varnish and moisture found in all fuels. Other advantages: a cleaner more complete combustion, increased mileage, cleans injectors and carburetors, and in general to improve performance reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Epoxy Patch/EL7O	Each pail contains one unit of resin, one unit of hardener and aggregate for the strongest possible patch on concrete, holes, breaks, etc. Designed for use on floor areas which are subject to abrasive traffic, impact, or corrosive spillage. Available in brown or gray.

Fire Caulking I	Fire Caulking I, is a material that can be molded similar to Play Dough. The color is red and it is available in cartridges. This product is non-intumescent and can be used for metal pipe and plastic pipe, however the PVC, CPVC must be a closed system (water supply pipe). For vented pipe and steel, pvc, and most other applications use Fire Caulking II.

Liquid Ice Melt II	This readily biodegradable liquid is Non-Toxic, Non-Glycol, Non-VOC Safety Ice Melter. Liquid Ice Melt II has a freezing point of -75°F and will work below -15°F. This product will prevent accumulations of snow and create non-stick areas for easy removal. Use this product before snow and ice to prevent accumulations. On light accumulations, liquid deicers melt ice and snow without leaving residues associated with granular de-icers. On heavier accumulations, remove buildups first and then apply Liquid Ice Melt II.
Nalcool 2000	NALCOOL 2000 chemically protects all metals in the cooling system from corrosion and cavitation-erosion while simultaneously preventing harmful mineral scale deposits. It is buffered so that it neutralizes the acids that are formed in the cooling system. NALCOOL 2000 stops cavitation in three ways: (1) by forming a physical barrier (a chemical film); (2) by preventing corrosion of the metal surface, thus strengthening its resistance to cavitation; and (3) by reducing foaming, which means less air entrapment, a major cause of cavitation. Ships that are authorized to use NALCOOL 2000 must use inhibited antifreeze (MIL-A-46153) when freezing protection is required. Although inhibited antifreeze contains some corrosion inhibitors, your ship must use NALCOOL 2000 with inhibited antifreeze to ensure adequate corrosion protection. Diesel engines that require the NALCOOL 2000 treatment are particularly susceptible to cavitation corrosion of the cyulinder liners if this treatment is not used.
Nalcool 3000	NALCOOL 3000 stabilizes engine coolants to help prevent the formation of abrasive gel-like deposits than can form from over concentration of coolant additives, hard water salts, corrosion products, and antifreeze. The product protects cooling systems against corrosion, linerpitting, cavitation-erosion, mineral scale deposits and electrolysis.
Perma Grit	Anti slip epoxy kit. Produces a very hard and durable protective surface. Mix resin & hardener then brush or trowel on. Then sprinkle on grit to form a slip proof non skid surface. Slight yellowish cast.

Prepare	Phosphatizing agent used to clean and etch metal surfaces to prepare them for paint adhesion. Removes rust and leaves a hard, protective phosphate coating, there for dramatically retarding the reoccurrence of rust.
'Protect' Liquid Surface Protectant	A flexible, semi-hard, dirt resistant, long term anti-rust and anti-corrosion film. Protects metals from exposure to weather, high humidity, chemical fume and salt sprays. Excellent for protecting parts in transit or storage. Can be easily removed when necessary.
Radiator Flush	This product helps dissolve dirt, grease and grime. Contains special chelating agents and colloidal dispersants to remove scale and scale build up and keep soils in suspension for easy removal. Not for use on aluminum radiators. Dilutes up to 50 to 1.
Root-Be-Gone	Effective powdered drain opener. Penetrates blockage fast. Use for cesspools, drains, and grease traps.
Rust Converter	This product will stop rust and prepare the surface for painting; it also will safely dissolve bleeding rust from painted surfaces. This product will act as a metal primer and will form a black surface that can then be painted or left bare.
Rust Converter Plus	RUST CONVERTER PLUS chemically converts rust into an inert, protective barrier coating. It neutralizes existing rust by changing the chemical structure of rust and stops future rust, corrosion and oxidation of iron or steel surfaces by covering the surface with a tough durable polymer barrier. No sandblasting is necessary.
